Responsibilities:
- Receiving INBOUND calls.
- Troubleshooting either software or hardware.
- Writing an escalation report.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Mass Communications, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
- Required language(s): English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and Taman Tun Dr Ismail.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
