Customer Service IT Helpdesk




Responsibilities:
  • Receiving INBOUND calls.
  • Troubleshooting either software or hardware.
  • Writing an escalation report.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Mass Communications, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and Taman Tun Dr Ismail.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • 20 Full-Time and Contract position available.
  • FRESH candidates
  • MUSH be able to work on SHIFT HOURS
