Responsibilities:
- To answer all customer interactions by phone on product related enquiries, product features, and to ensure Departmental KPIs are met/achieved, or performance exceeding the monthly goals.
- Customer oriented and has the ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Answers all customer interactions on a timely basis, takes accurate information, route to relevant parties if necessary for resolution, and to ensure timely response to the customers.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma any field.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Able to commence immediately would be an advantage
