Customer Service Executive- Tech Support

Responsibilities:
  •  To answer all customer interactions by phone on product related enquiries, product features, and to ensure Departmental KPIs are met/achieved, or performance exceeding the monthly goals.
  • Customer oriented and has the ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
  • Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Answers all customer interactions on a timely basis, takes accurate information, route to relevant parties if necessary for resolution, and to ensure timely response to the customers.
 
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma any field.
  2. Required language(s): English, Mandarin
  3. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. 
  4. Full-Time positions available. 
  5. Able to commence immediately would be an advantage
