Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering – Mechanical / Mechatronic / Automotive / Industrial / Manufacturing / Electrical.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, high level of drive, independence and self confidence.
- Able to prioritize and coordinate activities whilst working under pressure to quality, cost and time deadlines.
- Prepared to travel abroad on short notice.
- Fresh graduates are encourages to apply.
Responsibilities :
- To design, develop and conduct developmental training programmes.
- To develop training aids such as training materials, multimedia visual aids and determines
- instructional method for the relevant development training programmes and workshops.
- To conduct and coordinates the training needs analysis within the organization.
- To assist in the overseeing ISO procedures where training records and technical programmes are concerned and to ensure a high degree of accuracy.
- Bachelor`s Degree in any of these related fields, i.e Human Resources, Human Development, Business Administration.
- Preferably those with 1-2 years of relevant experience in training.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
