Requirements :
  • Degree in Engineering – Mechanical / Mechatronic / Automotive / Industrial / Manufacturing / Electrical.
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, high level of drive, independence and self confidence.
  • Able to prioritize and coordinate activities whilst working under pressure to quality, cost and time deadlines.
  • Prepared to travel abroad on short notice.
  • Fresh graduates are encourages to apply.

Training Executive

Responsibilities :
  • To design, develop and conduct developmental training programmes.
  • To develop training aids such as training materials, multimedia visual aids and determines
  • instructional method for the relevant development training programmes and workshops.
  • To conduct and coordinates the training needs analysis within the organization.
  • To assist in the overseeing ISO procedures where training records and technical programmes are concerned and to ensure a high degree of accuracy.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor`s Degree in any of these related fields, i.e Human Resources, Human Development, Business Administration.
  • Preferably those with 1-2 years of relevant experience in training.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
